Privacy
Your shopping bag stores only item IDs and quantities in this browser. Clear the bag or your browser’s site data to remove them.
When you submit an order request, the shop stores the supplied name, email, delivery address, optional phone and note, selected items, quote, payment status and shipment information to prepare and fulfill that order. Email enquiries are processed through the sender’s and recipient’s email services.
The private order link grants access to your order. This browser keeps its access token in session storage. Treat the link as private. No contact details or shipping addresses are saved to local storage by this site.
Payments take place on PayPal’s hosted pages under PayPal’s own privacy terms. This site does not collect your full card number or payment password. The shop records transaction identifiers and verified payment outcomes to reconcile orders.
No advertising or marketing analytics are included. Hosting and security services may process ordinary access logs. Order and inquiry records are kept to service requests, fulfill orders and handle necessary accounting and dispute records. Email the shop, quoting your order number where applicable, to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Do not include sensitive payment details.
A successful form submission displays a reference and, for orders, a private query link. The system does not automatically send a confirmation email.
AI assistance and email
After you choose to start a chat, your current question are processed using Cloudflare Workers AI to select relevant confirmed shop information. Do not enter payment passwords, card numbers or private order links.
Chat access expires after 30 days, and expired records are removed during the service’s next cleanup. Your browser keeps only the chat access token in session storage. The private chat link grants access to its history; keep it private.
Human assistance and custom-work enquiries use email. Email links open your email application, where you review and send the message yourself. The AI chat does not send emails or transfer your conversation to an onsite human agent. Your email provider and the receiving mailbox process the email you choose to send.
