YAO BIAN JI / CUSTOM ENQUIRIES
A piece, with your own starting point.
A motif you keep returning to. A gift with a particular meaning. Tell us what you have in mind, and we will discuss what can be made.
START WITH AN EMAIL
An idea first.
A clear proposal next.
Custom work is discussed only by email. An enquiry does not create an order or reserve production. We first check whether the idea is feasible, then confirm the proposed work and terms in writing.
The button opens a draft in your own email app. Add your references and review it before you send. It does not send anything automatically.

What to include in your email
- References. Attach images or links and explain what attracts you to them. Tell us if the reference is yours or whether you have permission to use it.
- Quantity, budget and intended use. State the number of pieces, a budget with currency, and whether it is a display piece, a gift or intended for food or drink. Suitability for the intended use must be confirmed.
- Destination and desired date. A country and postal code are enough for the first enquiry. Include the desired arrival date so feasibility and delivery can be discussed. No private street address is needed at this stage.
From enquiry to a confirmed proposal
- You email the brief and references.
- The shop checks feasibility and asks any necessary questions.
- The written proposal identifies what will be made, price and currency, payment stages if any, schedule, delivery arrangements, and cancellation and after-sales terms.
- Review and explicitly agree to the proposal before paying. Do not treat a reference image or an AI reply as an accepted commission.
Custom terms are confirmed for the individual proposal. Applicable statutory rights remain protected.
